       Chapter one is the first chapter

       (Ten) supervision and with the elevator installation, renovation and maintenance and maintenance work;

       (Eleven) elevator safety management personnel and operating personnel to carry out elevator safety education and training;

       (Twelve) in accordance with the requirements of the safety technical specifications, the use of new safety and energy saving technology in a timely manner, to use the elevator to carry out the necessary transformation or update, improve the safety and energy efficiency in the use of elevators.

       Tenth units of the use of security management personnel shall perform the following duties:

       (Seven) the implementation of the supervision of maintenance and maintenance work of the elevator installation, renovation, maintenance records, maintenance units to confirm the signature.

       Eleventh units should be used to establish the elevator safety technical files. The safety technical file includes at least the following:

       (I) the special equipment use registration form "; (II) equipment and parts, safety protection device of product technical documents; (III) installation, renovation, major repairs the relevant documents and reports; and (IV) daily inspection and use of records, maintenance records, annual self inspection record or report, emergency rescue drill record; (IIV) installation, alteration and major maintenance supervision and inspection report, periodic inspection report; (VI) failure of equipment operation and accident record.

       Daily inspection and use of records, maintenance records, annual self inspection record or report, emergency rescue drill records, regular inspection reports, the operation of equipment fault records kept for at least 2 years and other information should be stored for a long time.

       When using the unit to change, it shall hand over to the security technical file.

       Twelfth in the elevator with a regular annual inspection. The units shall, in accordance with the requirements of the safety technical specification, put forward regular inspection applications to the special equipment inspection and testing institutions within 1 months after the expiry of the validity period of the inspection as prescribed by the marks of the safety inspection.
